Text Banking

For members without an internet capable phone or those who wish to save data, our text banking option* can be another way to easily access your ACMG accounts.  Add text/email alerts to stay up-to-date on balances, due dates, deposits and withdrawals.

TIP: Our new ACMG MOBILE app includes a Quick Balance feature that can be enabled in the Settings area after you have successfully logged in. This allows you to swipe your finger down the login screen and instantly view all balance and see recent transactions without fully logging into online banking. (Please note that enabling this feature would allow anyone using your phone to use this feature.)

TEXT-ONLY PHONES:
  • Login to your online banking account. Select Text Banking and Alerts in the Additional Services tab and create at least one custom alert.
  • On the right side of the screen, a Text Message Banking box will appear and you can add your phone for access.
  • Select the account you wish to see the balance for, and set which account you wish to transfer funds from in response to a low balance alert.

     

Options include:

  • Accounts - Balance updates including the ability to perform a transfer in response to a low balance alert. (You must select the account balance you wish to view via text and which account to enable for transfers in the Text Message Banking box.)
  • Activity - like low balance, high balance, large withdrawal, large deposit, or check cleared.
  • Reminders - like loan payment due, loan payment overdue, maturity date or personal message
